Thanks to those of you who told me what was on your Christmas list, cause it helped me when I was thinking of mine. :)

Here's my wishlist for this year:

LOST Season 1 DVD | My Sister's Keeper by Jodi Picoult | MAC Dazzleglass: Funtabulous

Urban Decay Sustainable Shadow Box | OPI Nail Polish: Any color | Star Trek DVD

Paper Towns by John Green | MAC Blush: Honour | Dexter Season 2 DVD

Also, here's a song meme I got from [info]schmiss:

1. Put your media player of choice on shuffle.
2. List the first fifteen songs that come up and add "in my pants" to the end.
3. Bold the ones that actually made you LOL.
(I didn't do this, but you guys can tell me your faves.)
My List )

My favorites are #1, #10, #12, #13, and #15. These are fun.

Oh and for the record, you guys suck at doing memes upon request. I'll remember that for next time, jerks. *sniff*

Other random things:

- School is over! I managed to get a B in my accounting class, something I never thought I'd do ever since I completely missed an exam and it brought me down to a D. So I'm super happy about that. I think I got two A's in my other two classes, but I'm not sure.

- I've finished my Christmas shopping already! A load off my shoulders. Now I'll just be concerned about having no extra money for the next month.

- I really like the song Change by Carrie Underwood. It's been in my head all day, and if you're not a fan of country, that's okay, it doesn't really sound like a country song anyway.

- I couldn't get through The Memory Keeper's Daughter. I wanted to like it so much because the movie was so great, but the book is just so full of unimportant and unnecessary details. Why do they do that? It takes the fun out of it. So I'm reading Sense and Sensibility instead. So far, so good. I also couldn't get through Someone Like You by Sarah Dessen. I don't even know why, I usually love her stuff. =/

Taken from [info]marmalade_maggy who took it from someone else~ You know how sometimes people on your friendslist post about stuff going on in their life, and all of a sudden you think "Wait a minute? Since when were they working THERE? Since when were they dating HIM/HER? Since when???" And then you wonder how you could have missed all that seemingly pretty standard information, but somehow you feel too ashamed to ask for clarification because it seems like info you should already know? It happens to all of us sometimes.

I'm going to fill this out but I'd like you guys to fill it out as well! In your journal or in the comments, it doesn't matter. Point is, I want to learn more about YOU.

From [info]settiai

The problem with LJ: we all think we are so close, but really, we know nothing about each other. So ask me something you want to know about me. Something that should be obvious, but you have no idea about. Ask away. Then post this in your LJ and find out what people don't know about you.

I'll answer pretty much anything. You can ask anonymously too (comments will be screened). This'll be fun :D

Don't take too long to think about it. Fifteen books you've read that will always stick with you. They don't have to be the greatest books you've ever read, just the ones that stick with you. First fifteen you can recall in no more than 15 minutes. From [info]coriandersea
  1. Things Fall Apart by chinua achebe
  2. Frankenstein by mary shelley
  3. The Lovely Bones by alice sebold
  4. The Kite Runner by khaled hosseini
  5. Carrie by stephen king
  6. The rest... )

Leave me a comment and I will give you a letter. Then, write 12 things that you love starting with that letter. Post the list in your journal. Give out letters to those who comment in return. -[info]igntethestars

I got the letter S. :D

1. Solitude - I love having time to myself. Sometimes it's good to just get away and take some time to gather your thoughts.

2. Scrabble - I LOVE this game. I prefer to play with people who take the time to come up with interesting words. I can't tell you how many times I've put down something that took me ages to come up with and having someone put down DOG right after.

3. Skin care - I never used to care about my skin. Since I have really dry skin I rarely get breakouts because it's so dry. But this past year I started buying products that are great for my skin, especially moisturizers, sun screens, and cleansers specifically geared towards my dry skin and I love how my face feels and looks after I use these products. I'm a little obsessed, actually. I'll be doing a review of my favorite skin care products soon!

4. Sleeping - If I could, I'd sleep 12 hours every night. I just love feeling rested and snuggling under my covers after a long day.

5. Snail Mail & Stationary - I wish I had more pen pals :( I like getting mail, especially if it's handwritten. I love stationary too, especially on etsy:

I have a few stationary sets saved in my favorites, actually. I might buy some right after I'm done with this entry because I keep forgetting I have money to spend.

6. Sociology - I'm interested in anything and everything that has to do with why people do the things they do. I constantly wonder what drives people to certain actions, the idea behind group thinking, etc. It's fascinating to me.

7. Shopping - When I have money, this is a lot of fun. When I don't have money, I avoid shopping at all costs. Nothing's more depressing than walking into a store and knowing that you can't get anything in it.

8. Sweets - If it has sugar, I will eat it. Seriously.

9. Spain - I will definitely be visiting this place as soon as I get the chance. It's my dream vacation. Well, one of them. Greece and Italy are a close second. It doesn't hurt that Penelope Cruz was born in Spain, either. I've always wanted to visit her home town because I'm a creep.

10. Stephen King - I read Carrie and I fell in love. I'm getting The Shining in a few days and after that I'll be reading the Dark Tower series because Luke won't shut up about it (hi bb).

11. Sunsets - In Florida we get some amazing sunsets. Like these:

 12. Shower Gels - I can't get enough of them. I'll definitely be doing another review talking about shower gels. I want to try some cream soaps before then, though, so I can judge and see what I like better.

I got tagged by [info]coriandersea (whose journal I love, hi). I've never been tagged before. This one seems pretty interesting:

Rules:
A) People who have been tagged must write their answers on their blog and replace any question that they dislike with a new, original question.
B) Tag eight people. Don't refuse to do that. Don't tag who tagged you. no i won't bully anyone who doesn't want to do this, but i think it's fun to challenge people to do it.

</div>
Does anyone else obsess over their LJ friends list? I keep checking up on my friends, deleting journals that haven't been updated/haven't added me back and I do this every month or so. Sometimes I'll have to have my number be even or odd depending on my mood. Is that just me? Because I realize that I'm insane, so I would have no trouble coming to terms with the fact that I'm really the only one who cares this much.
