ASKJKDFDSJF;
They keep cutting my hours at work even after I expressly stated, two or three times at least, that I NEED a certain amount of hours. Not want, not would like, NEED. AS IN, NEED TO PAY MY BILLS.

For some reason they conveniently forget and give my shifts to someone else. So it's not a question about saving money. I've been through this shit before, I am not doing this again, I need fucking stable shit or I'm gone.

Holy crap. That's not good. I don't like the sound of that at all.
I suppose I would speak to someone again? That's just unfair that you would have to even say it again.. I hate the feeling of not being heard and not having something done.. it's just simply rude.

Trust me, this isn't the first time. The same shit happened at my old job and I won't be doing that again, I'm over it.

That's shitty. What kind of work do you do? I would sit down and have a serious talk with management, maybe even put something in writing. It's worth the effort if it saves you from finding a new job.

I work at my father's restaurant, I'm basically a server. I talked to both of my managers and I explained my situation to them but apparently they don't care. Tomorrow I shall know more, I plan to talk to them again.

It sucks, but yeah, if they aren't giving you enough hours tell them that they need to or you'll find another job.
